Hop into an afternoon of flextanges with a wild twist! Create your very own 3D origami fidget toy, also known as a Flextangle, adorned with animal-inspired patterns you design! Whether you add the stripes of a zebra, spiralling snakes or the face or a leopard, your flextangle will flip and unveil your intricate and unique designs - a playful piece of art for you to enjoy!

Morning Session: Postcards from the Unknown
Start your creative journey by designing a postcard from your extraordinary destination! Imagine you’ve traveled to a fantastical place. Create a postcard featuring your destination using watercolour, pencils and markers. On the back you’ll write a message to yourself about your discoveries, and design a custom stamp to send it on its way!

Afternoon Session: Explorer’s Badges
Based on your story, you’ll craft a set unique explorer’s badges to represent your adventurous character! Whether you’re continuing on from the morning’s session, or inventing a new mysterious trip you’ve travelled, design and decorate your badges, symbolising the qualities and achievements of your journey. It may be a badge of bravery, kindness or a mark of discovery - the perfect additions to your travel story and symbols of your creative adventure!

🎨Your trip may be done for the day, but your creations will keep the magic alive! Take home your postcard and explorer’s badges as mementos of your imaginative trek and the mysteries you uncovered!

Morning Session: Anime-Inspired Character Design
Kick off the day by inventing your own cartoon characters! Drawing inspiration from comic books, anime, manga and other styles, we’ll explore the art of character portraiture. You’ll learn how to design unique characters and accurately draw their heads from different angles. Afternoon Session: Collaborative Comic Book Creation
In the afternoon, become a part of an exciting collaborative comic book project where each student will create a unique page of the story! We’ll start with the first and last panels provided, guiding the narrative as it unfolds through your imagination. Create your own stickers inspired by the wacky dreamscapes of Surrealism! Think melting clocks, floating objects, animals on stilts and otherworldly landscapes! Create a sticker set that turn the ordinary into the extraordinary and take home a collection of stickers that are sure to add a surreal charm to everything they touch. Morning Session: Collaborative Box Wall Mural
Start your day with a colossal creative adventure! We’ll construct a mural wall from boxes, each one transformed into a unique piece of art by every student. Decorate your box with vibrant designs, from imaginative characters to street art-inspired patterns and pop art words. As a team, we'll assemble our decorated boxes into a stunning, cohesive mural. We'll put on the finishing touches together, creating one giant work of art. At the end of the morning, we'll deconstruct the mural, and each artist will take home their individual box, a unique treasure of our collaborative masterpiece!

Afternoon Session: Giant Pencil Sculptures
Join us for some oversized fun! In this workshop, we’ll be crafting gigantic pencil sculptures. Whether you choose to create a colossal lead pencil or a vibrant coloured pencil, you’ll design, build, and paint your very own supersized pencil masterpiece. First, we’ll select a magical core to give your wand its special powers and flair. Next, build it’s shape then unleash your creativity with craft materials, paints, and decorative elements. Whether you craft a sleek modern wand or an ancient relic, your wand will be a spellbinding masterpiece. The final touch will be a wand tag detailing your artistic choices and the magic behind them.
