To confirm your enrolment, payment for the block or class must be paid before commencement. Places within classes cannot be held without payment.

Kids and teens must have their parent or guardian complete our class form prior to commencement.

Block dates for classes are described in class descriptions. These dates are not extendable or changeable. When purchasing blocks, classes must be completed consecutively unless agreed upon in writing prior to the block’s commencement.

We encourage mutual respect and equality for all. Any form of abuse or discrimination will not be tolerated.

No refunds are available for cancelled or expired bookings.

Bookings cannot be transferred to other students or exchanged for different courses.

If you or your child is unwell, we kindly ask you refrain from attending classes to ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone. If a student misses a class due to illness, we offer make-up classes based on availability. Please reach out to us to schedule a make-up session.

To make attendance easier, kids and teens classes include a 15 minute drop off and collection window pre and post class, as described in class descriptions.

Beyond that, overtime fees for late collection will be enforced ($30 for 5-15 minutes, $50 for 16-30 minutes).
