To confirm your enrolment, payment for the block or class must be paid before commencement. Places within classes cannot be held without payment.

Kids and teens must have their parent or guardian complete our class form prior to commencement.

Block dates for classes are described in class descriptions. These dates are not extendable or changeable. When purchasing blocks, classes must be completed consecutively.

Flexible booking is available and must be arranged with Ruby prior to the block’s commencement.

At Studio Ruby Chew, we prioritise creating a creative, respectful and positive environment for all students. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. We follow a restorative practice approach, encouraging students to reflect on their actions and make amends. While we always aim to guide students gently back on track, if a child continues to struggle with this after a few reminders, we'll reach out to parents to discuss the best way forward and may ask you to pick up your child early. Our goal is to support every student in having a great experience!

No refunds are available for cancelled or expired bookings.

Bookings cannot be transferred to other students or exchanged for different courses.

If you or your child is unwell, we kindly ask you refrain from attending classes to ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone. If a student misses a class due to illness, we offer make-up classes based on availability. Please reach out to us to schedule a make-up session.
