Ruby is dedicated to providing high-quality instruction tailored to each student's needs.

  • What should I do if I or my child is sick?

If you or your child is unwell, we kindly ask you refrain from attending classes to ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone. If a student misses a class due to illness, we offer make-up classes based on availability. Please reach out to us to schedule a make-up session.

  • What should I or my child wear to class?

Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. We recommend wearing sleeves that can be easily pulled up for hands-on activities.
Considering the weather, please bring something warm since it's winter. Layers are great, so they can put on a coat if we sit outside.
Comfort is key, so feel free to dress in whatever makes you feel at ease!

  • School Holiday Classes - What should they bring?

Half day students - please bring a water bottle and a nut free snack.
Full day students - please bring a water bottle, a nut free snack and a nut free lunch.
Kids are also welcome to bring any show-and-tell items like artwork they’ve done at home or a book with inspiring images— just nothing too precious.

  • School Holiday Classes - Tell me more about the discount you offer?

We offer 10% or 15% off for students to bring a friend or sibling to share their arty experience.
All our discounts can be added straight to your shopping cart, so no need for any codes!
We aim to foster a creative community, encouraging students and their friends to come together, create art, and make new friends!

  • Can I stay with my child during the class?

While we love having parents involved, we encourage children to participate independently in our classes. This helps foster their creativity and independence. Our instructors are experienced in creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for all students.

  • After School Classes - Can I book a 5 or 10 Week Block even if the term is almost done?

Totally! Classes that have not been used this term can be used towards next term. Alternatively, contact Ruby directly to discuss other possible options.
